Created around the requirements for the Brownie "Space Explorer Try-It" badge, the Girl Scout "Sky Search" badge, the Cadette "Space Exploration" badge, the Cub Scout "Space" badge, and the Boy Scout "Astronomy" badge, the Astrovernight includes activities, telescope viewing (weather permitting), and gallery demonstrations which offer scouts a hands-on experience unique to the Adler Planetarium. Your evening will also include shows in the StarRider & Sky Theaters and a late-night snack. After your snack, bed down in our exhibit galleries and rise-and-shine to a continental breakfast in Galileo's Café.
You don't have to be a scout to come to an Astrovernight! YMCA, Park District, family, and other groups are welcome to register.
