Welcome to the Universe Press Kit

On May 25, 2012, take off on a mind-blowing tour of the Universe in the Adler’s new space adventure Welcome to the Universe!  Audiences travel a billion light-years and back in this live, guided tour unlike any other in the world.  Visitors explore the breathtaking, seemingly infinite Universe as they fly through space to orbit the Moon, zoom into a canyon on Mars, and soar through the cosmic web where a million galaxies shower down upon them in the most immersive space environment ever created.

 
 
Deep Space Adventure

Deep Space Adventure takes you aboard the observation deck of a futuristic starship where you will be surrounded by the larger-than-life phenomena of our dynamic Universe.

 
 
Planet Explorers Press Kit

The Adler Planetarium has launched the most immersive, hands-on exhibition ever created for families at the museum. The exhibition Planet Explorers offers a great space adventure packed with excitement and fun. Each child becomes a space explorer and embarks on an awe-inspiring journey through the Universe to the mysterious Planet X.

One World, One Sky: Big Bird's Adventure Press Kit

One World, One Sky: Big Bird's Adventure is an original planetarium show based on the popular children's show Sesame Street. Big Bird, Elmo and their friend from China, Hu Hu Zhu, take viewers on a journey of discovery to learn about the Big Dipper, the North Star, the Sun and the Moon.
